Employee training platform: Organization Workspace video guide
An employee training platform in one video guide: set up your organization in LearningClarity, add members, assign content and exams, and track results.

If you run training at a company, school or university, you need more than a good learning app. You need an employee training platform that shows who learned what, who passed the assessment and who needs follow-up. That is what the Organization Workspace in LearningClarity provides.
The video below walks through the whole journey, from creating the account to reading exam results. It is narrated in Arabic and shows the Arabic interface; the written guide underneath covers the same steps in English.

Set up your organization and your team

Everything starts on the create-organization page: a work email, a password, the organization’s legal name and an optional short name shown in the app. Once you confirm your email, you enter the workspace as the organization owner. The content library has ready-made content that LearningClarity provides to new organizations, and the trial starts automatically for eligible accounts, with credits shared by the whole organization that you can follow on the billing page.
Next, you organize your team under Teams and units, adding departments such as Sales or Operations and sub-units beneath them. Then you add members one at a time, or all at once by importing an Excel or CSV file. Email and unit are required, name and role are optional, and you review a preview of the rows before anything is created.
AI employee training: assigning content and exams

Assigning content takes a few steps. You choose the course or topic, then the audience: one or more members, a unit, or the whole organization. Assigning to the whole organization also covers people who join later. You also decide whether practice quizzes are allowed, whether audio narration and conversation are available, and whether an email notification is sent.
You build an exam from a template on a topic or course in your library. You choose the question types, difficulty, number of questions, time limit, pass mark and number of attempts, and you can turn on a certificate for those who pass. The app prepares a set of questions for each allowed attempt, and then you assign the exam with a clear availability window. Remember that assigning a course and assigning an exam are two separate steps: the first is for learning and the second is for assessment.
The learner’s experience, as a team member sees it

The member opens the My learning area, finds what has been assigned to them and chooses the parts to study. Lessons appear on short pages with quick questions that check understanding, just as in Explain Mode, the step-by-step AI tutor. When they are ready, they review the exam settings, answer the questions and submit, and the result appears with their strengths, plus the certificate if they reached the pass mark.
Tracking results and corporate learning management

From the admin account you can open any member’s progress: what was assigned, what they started, what they completed and their exam results. Learning results show who received each piece of content and who completed it, and Exam results show averages, pass rates and comparisons between units. Training stops being an activity that’s hard to measure and becomes a clear picture of who needs support and who has proven they are ready.
