Dr. Maher Abu Ghali holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. He is the founder and CEO of intelliSYS Solutions & Consulting DWC LLC, the company that owns and builds the LearningClarity.AI learning platform.
He has more than 30 years of experience designing and delivering large software systems for governments and international organizations. For 18 years he worked at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the last 14 as Chief Software Architect, where he led the design and development of goAML, the anti-money-laundering system used by financial intelligence units around the world.
He studied computer science at the American University in Cairo, where his graduation project in autonomous mobile robotics was a behaviour system that let a group of robots learn to coordinate tasks in a changing environment. He is a Chartered IT Professional (MBCS CITP) of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
