Privacy policy for the Learning Clarity Blog

Effective date: 4 November 2026

This policy applies only to the Learning Clarity Blog at blog.learningclarity.ai. The LearningClarity app and website have their own privacy policy.

In short

What we collect

When you subscribe to new posts, we collect your email address and the language you subscribed in. We don’t ask for your name or any other details, and you don’t need an account to read the blog.

To block automated spam sign-ups, the sign-up form also keeps a short code made by scrambling your network address. It is one-way: it cannot be turned back into your address, and it changes every day.

How we use your email address

We use it for two things only:

  1. To send you one email asking you to confirm your subscription.
  2. To let you know when a new post is published on the blog, in your language.

We don’t use it for anything else: no other marketing, no profiling and no selling.

How we keep it safe

Your email address is stored in a secured database with restricted access, and it only travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only our team can access it. If you don’t confirm your subscription, you will not receive any blog emails.

Who can see it

We keep your email address strictly confidential and do not share it with any third party. To run the subscription, we rely on two service providers that act only on our instructions and may not use your address for any purpose of their own: Supabase, which hosts our database, and Microsoft 365, which delivers our emails.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

Every email we send has an Unsubscribe button. When you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away. We keep a short record that you unsubscribed, and any feedback you chose to give us, so that we never contact you again by mistake. If you would like your email address deleted completely, write to us at the address below and we will delete it.

Advertising and cookies

The blog itself does not use cookies to track you. It does show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s Ad Settings, and you can read how Google uses this information in Google’s advertising policies.

The blog is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services receive your device’s IP address so they can deliver the page. We don’t receive or store this information.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the email address we hold about you. We process it because you asked to subscribe, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Who we are

The blog is run by intelliSYS Solutions & Consulting DWC LLC, the company behind LearningClarity. For any privacy question or request, email learningclarity.ai@intellisys.sk.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
